Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Physio CEO ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Physio CEO provides AI-generated business coaching, curriculum, checklists, and planning tools for physiotherapists. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not professional advice

Output from the AI coach, including financial, tax, legal, regulatory or clinical content, is general guidance. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, lawyer, regulator, or clinical supervisor. You are responsible for verifying critical decisions with a qualified professional, especially around tax filings, BIG/Wkkgz/Wtza compliance, NPTE/tDPT requirements, and contractual matters.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

4. Subscription, trial & billing

The Service is offered on a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and follow applicable EU consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to provide regulated medical advice to patients.
• Do not upload personal data of patients or third parties without lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. We retain ownership of the Service, curriculum, prompts, and platform code. You grant us a limited licence to process your content as needed to operate the Service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost patients, tax penalties, or regulatory fines arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
